Our client, a well-established IT Support company with over 25 years experience, is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Level 23) to join their growing team. The business delivers Managed IT Services, IT Solutions, and Cyber Security Solutions to a broad client base across commercial organisations and educational institutions.

The Role
The successful candidate will operate at Level 2 to early Level 3, providing onsite and remote support across a range of client environments. The role involves installing, supporting, and troubleshooting core infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Windows Server environments and network security.
What Were Looking For

Minimum of 2 years experience in the IT support industry, ideally within an MSP environment

Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Server environments

Strong troubleshooting experience with firewalls

Good understanding of virtualisation technologies

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365

Experience installing and supporting firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure

Exposure to cyber security solutions

Familiarity with backup software and backup solutions

Full, clean driving licence
