Our client, a well-established IT Support company with over 25 years experience, is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Level 23) to join their growing team. The business delivers Managed IT Services, IT Solutions, and Cyber Security Solutions to a broad client base across commercial organisations and educational institutions.

The Role

The successful candidate will operate at Level 2 to early Level 3, providing onsite and remote support across a range of client environments. The role involves installing, supporting, and troubleshooting core infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Windows Server environments and network security.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the IT support industry, ideally within an MSP environment

  • Experience installing, configuring, and supporting Windows Server environments

  • Strong troubleshooting experience with firewalls

  • Good understanding of virtualisation technologies

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365

  • Experience installing and supporting firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure

  • Exposure to cyber security solutions

  • Familiarity with backup software and backup solutions

  • Full, clean driving licence
